Only God knows the "paths in the seas," for He is the One who created them. So are His ways in dealing with us, for only He sees and knows all things visible and invisible. He leads us in the "paths of righteousness," not because we understand them all, but because He reveals them to us in truth, and then leads us in response to faith in His faithfulness.
